The second match of Group A in the FIFA World Cup 2026 took place at the Guadalajara Stadium (Estadio Akron), where South Korea pulled off a spectacular second-half comeback to defeat Czechia 2-1. The first half of the match remained highly competitive and tactical, ending in a goalless draw as both teams fought heavily for control in the midfield. Czechia broke the deadlock early in the second half, but the Taegeuk Warriors responded with incredible resilience, scoring two goals in the final half-hour to secure all three points.
